COVID 19 has presented us all with challenges. If you choose to visit this beautiful area we ask that you act responsibly and with respect to the local community.
We sanitise Tigh Air Na Creagan to ensure your safety.
We plan for no contact between guests and cleaning staff.
We ask that guests do not arrive earlier than arranged and depart the cottage promptly by the agreed time. It would be particularly helpful if guests could strip their own bedding and place in the laundry bags provided to reduce the risk of airborne virus particles.
Our first line surface cleaners are virucidal certified to EN 14476.
In addition to all primary disinfecting surface areas such as found in kitchen and bathrooms, items that people may have touched, such as the TV remote, doorknobs, window handles, taps, light switches, kitchen appliances, etc. are being disinfected.
Bed linens and towels are being washed on high temperature at the Launderette.
Mattress and pillow protectors, Duvets and pillows are being rotated, removed at each changeover and quarantined for a minimum 72 hour period.
Cleaning supplies for guest use include virucidal disinfectant, antibacterial handwash and hand sanitiser.
